HYB Sales Motivation Meeting 2020

The Overseas Sales Team held their Sales Motivation Meeting on 30^th of December 2019.

Kim Lee, the Overseas Sales Director has announced some numbers of achievement during the meeting and let known by the Sales professionals that the whole team has accomplished 92% of the Sales target in 2019 as increased 42% of Sales Revenue compared with 2018. The consistent growth in Latin America, North America, and African market proved that demand in these area are still big for premium products and HYB is the first choice to fill the gap from the market.

The compatible Ricoh, Kyocera Mita, Minolta, Canon, UTAX monochrome and color hot sale items has stabilized the increase of sales for HYB in 2019 while Xerox and Canon new color toner developed with their Overseas suppliers stand out of the competitors in terms of quality and competitive price. Some dealers are gaining back their confidence after trying new HYB Xerox toner and this is a wide product range that covers plenty of machine models from medium to high speed. Potential of Xerox toner has been huge and ready only for products being approved by dealers, who have only used O.E.M toner. 

Spare parts business becomes a supplementary production range to boost the growth of total revenue included rollers, remanufactured Drum units, OPC, Drum blades etc. The product has penetrated into the dealers’ system after 3 years of repeated orders. Each member in the team has received their commitment of Sales target to finish in 2020. All the members are confident and technically trusted themselves in accomplishment of their target in 2020.

Remanufacturing products of HYB e.g. copiers, drum units and some specific cartridges will definitely enable HYB to serve more customers groups in area where they didn’t cooperate yet. With good sigh of “Golden pig left with Luck, Jade mouse arrives with Harvest”, HYB Annual Gathering and Celebration of New Year was held on January 5, 2020. All different department leaders, employees, partners gathered together to spend a memorable and wonderful time.

After a pleasing opening dance, the annual meeting officially began, the MC brought good news to everyone – the company has achieved excellent performance in 2019 the with steady development so that the guests cheers for the great achievements and a better future.

In the warm applause, Vincent Chen the president of HYB issued an impassioned speech. Mr. Chen expressed his thanks to all the colleagues, Mr. Chen said that in 2019, the year ahead, under the company's scientific deployment and the correct leadership, united and hard working, the company's development has been successful.

Then came the exciting moment of the annual meeting, the moment when the "Outstanding Performers" honored the 2020 Awards for Outstanding Employees. Since HYB launched their Supreme Fusing Color toner formula, their customers with Xerox dealer base are surprised with their new solution which finally enable them to offer premium toner consistently.

Most of the After-Market Xerox toner has been creating fusing problems in heavy duty copying and furthermore the Developer gone since the second cartridges were installed and used.

The increase of service cost has made most of the customers hesitate to use any more compatible toner until they started to test the exclusive formula launched by HYB.

“ The Generic toner mostly work with defects in machine models like DocuCentre-IV C2260/C2263/C2265 and versalink C7020/C7025/C7030 toner.
