CROSS Imaging-Supplies GmbH – established in 2005 – is a Swiss company based near Zürich/Switzerland and concentrating on compatible Premium Toner in cartridges and in bulk that are being marketed and supplied to national distributors in Europe, Middle-East, Africa and Russia.
Our warehouses in Singen/Germany and Rotterdam/Netherlands allow high availability and short lead-times. Other logistics options that we are offering are drop-shipments directly from the production plants/warehouse in Japan, USA, Hongkong and China or the filling-plant of our Production-/Filling-Partner in Taiwan which means another cost-saving, short leadtimes and typically also lower shipping cost for those of our distributors who can take FCL volumes.
Since our start we are closely cooperating with the best Premium-Toner Manufacturers whereof Tomoegawa is by far our most important and closest partner. Being their marketing and distribution partner we are marketing their toner for almost 15 years already in Russia also where we can count on a lasting and close cooperation with the largest and most important Russian distributors who have a good coverage of the Russian market and can ensure high availability and a professional support of our toner to their customers.

Without the pandemic we would have met over the
last few days as usual during this time of the year at our booth at the
Paperworld 2021 in Frankfurt. Among various

The world
has changed dramatically over the past weeks and months as the Corona pandemic
has spread across the globe. It’s a challenging time and we all need to take
responsibilty and collective action to limit and reduce the spread completely.
We
therefore have strictly followed the sanitary recommendations and taken
preventive measures to avoid the spread of virius into our office, warehouses
and production facilty to protect our ourselves and be able to continue serving
our customers without interruption.
Our team is

Especially in times where demand is not stable and hard to predict stock-management can be very troublesome. But - being out-of-stock in the Supply-Business can mean directing your customer to your competitor with all the potentially negative consequences you want to avoid !
With our Drop-Shipping-Service we give you an effective tool to reduce your stock-level but stay able to ship to your customers at lead-times and cost that are reasonable and underline your Service-Commitment to your customers. Your customers receive your shipment directly from our warehouse in Singen/Germany with your Delivery-Note attached, packed according to your instructions and even with your branded duct tape if you wish. On this service we are cooperating with our logistics partern GLS and can offer you interesting rates for drop-shipments up to 40kgs per carton to more then 40 countries in- and outside Europe. Dear Business-Partner,
Together with all our employees we wish you and your
loved ones that you are safe and healthy.
I never thought that I would contact you under such
unpleasant circumstances. While writing this letter we are still working in our
office and also our warehouses in Ridderkerk/ Netherlands and in Singen/Germany
are still fully operational. Logistics in- and outside Europestill works even though longer transit-times must be expected.
Although we never experienced a situation like this we
are able to ship without interruption. Our stock situation is good and the
production sites of our partner in Japanand USAare fully operational. Meanwhile, also the two production sites in China are up to
almost full speed again. Our highest priority however is the safety and
wellbeing of our staff and our customers.
Due to our good stock situation and our ability to
drop-ship directly from the production sites we were able to meet our customers
demand during the 1st quarter very well and ship with relatively short lead-times
the full range of our Premium Compatible Toner in cartridges and in bulk. Also
further availability is guaranteed.
Today, more then ever before Resistance, Engagement
and Proactivity are our driving forces to continue providing you a wide range
of Premium Compatible Toner, Remanufactured Drum-Units that are perfectly
maching with our toner and a service you can count on.
